Every week our author Dasha Poleshchikova tries new dishes and shares the results. This time on the air, smoothie recipes are healthy cocktails made from fruits and berries. What you need when ripe pears and peaches are sold in fruit shops, and relatives treat you with berries from the dacha.

  • 2 tsp condensed milk

Cooking

  1. Wash peach. Get a bone. Cut the pulp into small pieces.

The smoothie is sweet, rich and thick. The peach skin was not completely crushed, but these grains did not spoil the drink. If you like a smooth, uniform texture, peel the fruit.

I love making this smoothie with frozen berries – it makes a real milkshake! However, fresh ones are fine too. Then it is better to take colder milk or add a couple of ice cubes to the finished drink.

Ingredients for two servings

  • 3 ripe pears
  • large handful of fresh spinach leaves
  • ½ st. water
  • 1 st. l. honey

Cooking

  1. Peel the pears and cut into small pieces. You can remove the peel, but not necessarily – it will grind along with the spinach leaves and will not be felt.
  2. Wash spinach thoroughly and pat dry.
  3. Place all ingredients in a blender bowl and grind.

Comments

The smoothie turned out sweet and not too thick – just what you need for a light snack. The taste of greens is felt brighter than pears. You can use frozen spinach instead of fresh. Two pucks are enough.
