Russian users of Instagram* began to have access to paid subscriptions to content authors. Depending on the profile, it can cost 75 or 85 rubles, 179 or 199, 429 or 449 rubles – the price is slightly different on iOS and Android.
Paying for a subscription will open access to additional publications and live broadcasts of the author, as well as allow you to communicate with him in a separate chat. All paid subscribers will be marked with a special icon, which is visible in the comments under the publication.
What is noteworthy: it is not yet possible to pay for a subscription in Russia with Android, since the payment must go through Google Play. But soon this may change .
The paid subscriptions feature was added to Instagram* in July. The cost of the subscription is determined by the author of the profile.
